There is an iron, ironing board, hoover, your own designated food cupboard and fridge / freezer space Expenses are €120 per month and cover fibre broadband, utilities, TV licence, bin charges, and a housekeeper who comes in fortnightly to blitz the shared areas. This house will best suit people who want to have a friendly (but not a party!) home and who it is important to live in a quiet, clean & tidy home. However, all applications are welcome. Parking is free with one driveway space and free on-street parking. Wilton shopping centre shops are nearby, and Cork city centre is a 15 min bus ride. Important!
