NOTE: This single room is rented on a 5 DAY WEEK BASIS ONLY (6 p.m. Sunday to 5 p.m. Friday) in an owner occupied home. It does not include weekends, although your personal effects can be left in the room through the weekends and you can stay occasional weekends by prior arrangement. All bills are included (Gas, Electric, Water, Garbage, Broadband, Alarm etc.) Looking for long stay i.e. minimum of 6 month rental, 4 weeks notice. Not available for short term rentals less than 6 months. Rent is payable every 4 weeks in advance by direct debit and deposit required. All utility bills are included . Single bedroom with plenty of storage. Modern, bright, clean, well maintained non smoking house. Very comfortable and quiet. Sharing with two persons (1 female, 1 male) along with a small, charming and well mannered dog :) Two bathrooms (main bathroom/shower and downstairs W/C with shower). Fully equipped and furnished with all mod cons, 500 fibre wireless broadband/WiFi, TV wired with Satellite & Internet, washer/dryer, microwave, phone, GFCH, Alarm etc. The house is comfortable and warm following insulation upgrade. There is plenty of private off road parking for 3+ cars and a large rear garden with garden shed. The house looks on to large green area. The house is less than 5 minutes walking distance to the Bus Stop and is located near the entrance to Eagle Valley. Within walking distance are Wilton Shopping centre, Cork University Hospital (CUH) and University College Cork (UCC). It is a few minutes drive from the city centre and the South Link Road Network allows easy access to Cork Airport, Douglas and Mahon.
