A bright and comfortable double room is available in a well-maintained apartment in Dublin 15, ideally located within easy reach of Blanchardstown Shopping Centre (10min drive/ 25min walk), the Royal Canal (10min walk), Coolmine Train Station (8min walk), and several bus routes offering convenient access to Dublin city centre. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, work desk and chair, bedside tables, and features built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is shared and there is separate toilet downstairs also. The apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony, and parking. Rent is €800 per month, with bills shared equally between all housemates. You'll be sharing with two quiet, friendly people in our 30s/40s. We're looking for someone (preferably female) who is clean, respectful, easy-going, and considerate of shared spaces.
