The apartment: Large open-plan living room and kitchen with full amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob with an oven, and microwave. One bathroom shared between two tenants. Outside, there's a private patio and a larger inner courtyard. Gated entrance for added security, plus a bike shed in the garage. You'd be sharing with one other person — a woman in her late 30s and her cat. I work from home full-time, enjoy hiking, sports, and concerts.
