One Double Room Available in the Heart of Kilkenny City. Electricity and Gas will be split among 4 people. All other bills, e.g., WiFi, TV, bins, etc. are included in the room price. This property is owner occupied and you will be sharing with me and two other people but I want you to feel at home. I'm fairly laid back and I want you to feel relaxed and at home in the house, but I do expect that you are considerate of the property, myself, and one other tenants. Being generally tidy, clean, friendly, not blaring music in the middle of the night, simple things like that. What's on offer: - Very central location, 2 min walk from the MacDonagh train station. - A comfortable medium-sized double bedroom with good wardrobe, drawer, and underbed storage, and bedside table. - New bed, mattress, mattress protector, pillows, pillow protectors (you'll have to bring your own double size duvet, duvet cover, sheets, and pillow cases). - Good broadband coverage across all parts of the house. - A very large rear garden. - Large fridge to accommodate everyone's food storage. - 2 bathrooms, each with a shower (1 electric shower, 1 power shower). - Mains gas boiler for heating. - No parking space available for now (there may be in a few weeks) A Few Simple Rules: - No Pets - No Smokers If you're interested, please send me an email with a little bit about yourself.
