This property is owner occupied and you will be sharing with me and two other people but I want you to feel at home. I'm fairly laid back and I want you to feel relaxed and at home in the house, but I do expect that you are considerate of the property, myself, and the other tenants. Being generally tidy, clean, friendly, not blaring music in the middle of the night, simple things like that.
