Woodbrook Court, Carpenterstown, Dublin 15

I’m a professional woman in my early 30s looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate to share a comfortable, quiet home in Porterstown, Dublin 15. The available room is a bright double bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom, offering plenty of comfort and privacy. There is a resident dog in the home, so someone who is comfortable around dogs would be ideal. Looking for someone who will treat the property as their home and help maintain a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere.
