Our house locates in a countryside-looking area of Dublin 18, very safe and peaceful. Surrounded by mature trees and farmland it is also only 5 mins by car from the local village and close to the M50. A true oasis and still in Dublin with Wicklow, the Garden County on its doorstep. It will only takes 5 mins by car to Bray beach and Shankill village. 20 mins by walk to the nearest bus stop (145, 155). The room is separated from our family bedroom area so you will have your own privacy. The room has a big king sized bed, desk, book shelf, shoe shelf, wardrobe. The tenant can use other facilities in the house like the kitchen, dining room, living room, Tv room, garden. The price includes all bills. One month deposit is required.
