Two additional tenants live with the retired homeowners. This a a good, safe area. Luas is five minutes away, bus stop outside the estate and the closest amenities are ten minutes away. Sandyford, Foxrock, Dundrum, Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock, etc. are all nearby. Any college/university, City Centre are easily accessible. This is a busy home. Only Saturdays are available for viewing and utilities are included in the cost.
