We're a friendly family with a young baby & dog and are looking for a clean and considerate person to share our home. The room would particularly suit a postgraduate/PhD student or someone working in Sandyford/UCD or commuting into Dublin during the week who returns home at weekends. Monday–Friday accommodation preferred although we would consider occasional weekend stays by arrangement. . The room is a good-sized double with its own private ensuite bathroom. There is access to the shared kitchen and living areas. As we have a young baby, we're looking for someone who enjoys a calm, homely environment. This would suit someone looking for a peaceful home rather than a busy/social house-share. €800 per month including bills and Wi-Fi.
