Student digs, college term time only. Large room to let for UL college term time only in a newly renovated home living with the lady owner and a small dog. 1 other male student. Note the rooms are only available from Monday to Friday so may not suit everyone. House was recently fully refurbished & has all mod cons. Large single room with study desk. House is at front of estate, 1 minute walk to both the bus stop that services town and UL and electric/standard hop on hop off bike dock. Estate is beside Castletroy Shopping Centre, McDonalds, Vue Cinema. 3 minute drive to UL, easy walk. Rooms will be turned over weekly. High speed broadband, bins, and all bills included. Due to the number of applicants please confirm that Mon to Fri suits and send some information about yourself and your year/course for consideration. Apologies but I will not reply to emails looking for weekend availability or with no information about yourself. Must like dogs. This room is available when UL term starts at the end of January only.
