You will be sharing the apartment with two easygoing, professional males in their late 20s/early 30s. The apartment features a modern fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows and access to a wrap-around balcony with outdoor seating and views of the Dublin mountains. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. Surrounded by a host of amenities - a Centra, pharmacy and coffee shop across the road and Dundrum Shopping Centre 5mins down the road. The Green Line Luas Balally stop is less than a 10 minute walk away & the apartment is located beside the M50. There is free, unlimited parking within the apartment complex both underground secured and in an outdoor car park. The room comes with access to the apartment complex’s gym, sauna and steamroom, as well as a 24/7 concierge. No Smokers or couples please. Rent is €1025 per month, bills not included. Monthly bills are split three ways and include TV and WIFI, gas and electricity, and a fortnightly cleaner. A deposit of one month's rent will be required to secure the room before moving in.
