Second is a double room with en-suite (€1000 per month). This is available from the 17th May - must be ready to rent from this date. Deposit of €1000 required to secure the room. The house is spacious and is located less than 10 minutes walk from Malahide Village and 5 minute walk to the Castle. Bus stops for the 42 and 102 less than 1 minute walk away. Londis is just down the road as well as Yellow Door Coffee. There is a large sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, second living area, utility room with washing machine, downstairs and upstairs bathrooms both have showers. There is also a small patio with furniture out the back. Shoe storage in the hallway and a coat closet. Parking available in the driveway. Bills not included and to be split equally among housemates. Not suitable for someone allergic to pets. Must be okay with both cats and dogs. I have two cats and often look after dogs so no other pets allowed please. No smoking. Email only.
