It's removed from the crowds of tourists and yet a short Metro ride will take you to Madrid's Royal Palace in fifteen minutes. Back home, the open-plan living area has a sofa bed to accommodate your third and fourth guests. It's fairly compact, so don't expect a lot of space to spread out – though the dining table by the window serves as the perfect spot for group meals. The Juliet balcony is also a nice touch for morning coffees before setting off into the heart of the city. Home truths: *At full occupancy, two people will be sleeping on a double sofa bed in the living area. *We recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport. Puerta del �ngel Metro station is a mere four-minute walk away. *This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay. *There's no desk here, but the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
