If you are then content to instruct Turley & Associates in the letting of your property we then do the following on your behalf:

• Advertise and market the property
• Arrange viewings of the property to prospective tenants
• Collect references of interested tenants
• Verify references
• Check with Landlord that they are happy with tenant we have provided
And if they are :
• Collect Security Deposit (one months rent)
• Draw up the lease
• Transfer utilites – ESB & GAS
• Register your property with Private Residential Tenancies Board
• Collect first months rent on signing of the lease by tenant

We can also manage your property for the year

This entails :

Dealing with all tenant enquiries or complaints
They never get your telephone number !!
General property maintenance and upkeep of your property

It is our policy to revert to the landlord to get a go ahead regarding any work or tradesman required. We have fully qualified and experienced tradesmen working for us. NO works will be carried out without prior consent of the Landlord.
