Property Description:

This delightful 4 bedroom detached house is located just minutes from the lovely fishing village of Fethard-on-Sea. The house has all mod cons and very comfortable - just perfect for a family holiday.

What a great place for a holiday.... with friends and family. Walking distance to many amenities.

Rates are 400 to 600per week and weekend rentals are available. Minimum 3 nights. Extra days or short breaks also available. 7 nights in July and August.
200 euro security deposit required to be paid online prior to arrival. Paid back within 48 hours of exit if property received back in condition in which it was received.
Prices include electricity, bed linen and basic cleaning products etc are left. Exit cleaning extra at 50- 75.
Pay as you go Internet is available for 7.5gb for one week (20 euros) - this is free in all major attractions and restaurants.
Towels can be provided at extra charge of 5 euro per head (one hand, one bath)

Please note: This is a non smoking property and No pets allowed. No hen/stag parties or unaccompanied teenagers/children permitted.

Upstairs - The master bedroom with kingsize bed, 1 Double bedroom and a twin bedroom and the family bathroom. Downstairs is the lounge/dining/ kitchen is a welcoming and attractive open plan area opening out to the terrace outside, which has gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. There is a further single bedroom on the lower level which has sofa and TV with nearby shower room. This room can also act as a den area. (Downstairs bedroom/bathroom suitable for people with restricted access - no need to use stairs).

Back Garden is grassed with mature plans, has a fabulous deck that gets the sun all day ideal for BBQ and socialising or just relaxing with a book. Gates on both sides so safe for children. Outdoor furniture/bbq/chiminea fire all supplied. Golf clubs and various games for children and chairs/umbrellas etc to take to the beach if you wish. DVDs, books indoor games also in house for use. Front gardens are open planned have 2 car parking spaces.

This is a terrific house for a family holiday and is very convenient to lots of amenities with Fethard on Sea Village only 2 min walk away with Shop, Restaurants, Pubs, Childrens Playground, Chinese Restaurant Take Away, Post Office. Local Market every Saturday. (Basic essentials are provided eg: tea/coffee/sugar, salt pepper, washing up liquid ).

House is within 5 mins drives of 3 beaches (Carnivan, Baginbun, Grange) and within 10 mins of many many more (Dollar Bay, Duncannon, Sandel). Hook lighthouse /Tintern Abbey/Dunbrody Castle are all within 10 mins drive. Wexford/Waterford approx 30 mins. Information pack available in house listing all attractions, local walks and things to do. Ideal spot for photographers...stunning landscapes, seascapes and historical sites.
