Although this property does not have scenic views it has a central location in a quiet area less than a minute from excellent restaurants, good shopping area and lively bars.
No need to use the car to go out for the evening or to get to the beach as its only a short walk down the beach road.

Clifden has lots of great shops and restaurants, nearly to many to choose from. If you like traditional music you will always find some.
If you want to go touring you are only 20 minutes from Ballyconneely with its championship links golf course. The world famous sky road is almost on your doorstep. Local amenities include playground and most outdoor activities.
