Situated on the island of Inishnee near Roundstone in Connemara, Ships Harbour Cottage is the perfect spot for a peaceful holiday in the heart of Connemara. The cottage offers wonderful views of Roundstone village, the Twelve Bens mountain range, Errisbeg Hill and the Atlantic Ocean. The island featured in the BBC's "Monty Halls Great Irish Escape". The rustic traditional exterior of this cottage gives way to a wonderful bright and modern interior. Furnished to the highest standard, it provides the perfect base location for visitors to experience all that Connemara has to offer.

The white sandy beaches of the world famous Dogs Bay and Gurteen Beaches are just a short drive away. Roundstone village provides lots of places to eat and drink and its shops will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Local activities include sea angling, lake and river fishing, walking trails, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boat trips and much more. Short breaks welcome.

The entrance opens into a modern and bright fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences such as an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The cozy sitting room has comfortable high quality furniture, an electric stove and TV/DVD with satellite channels. Just off the sitting room are to two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both are furnished with comfortable beds and wooden wardrobes. The bathroom has a large bath and electric shower. There is oil central heating throughout. Storage shed, garden furniture and a BBQ pit are available for visitors use. Towels and linen supplied. Cot and high chair available. Heating and electricity included. Wi-Fi available. No pets.
