NOTE: Not suitable for full time living. This is a self-contained room that is comfortable for two to share. Usually it is used from Sunday to Friday and there is no issue with staying at the weekends (with prior notice) but the room is not suitable for full time living. The price quoted is per person per month for two sharing and includes all bills and servicing. The room is about 30m2 and has a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle) but does not have laundry facilities. The sheets and towels will be serviced either every week or two weeks as needed. The entrance to the accommodation is private and the space is not shared with anyone else. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the Owenstown gates of UCD. There is plenty on-street parking available outside and there are bike racks available to secure your bikes if needed. The location is quiet and in a very safe and secure location backing on the public park Deerpark.Contact me for more pictures and videos.
