The topography of the site slopes from north to south, with impressive views of the valley to the south. The site is located on the western edge of Delgany, off the R762 Glen Road, a narrow tree-lined route that links Delgany with the N11 to the west and Greystones to the east. The surrounding area is predominantly residential in nature and is well serviced with excellent transport links with Junction 10 of the N11 only 1km away, providing access to the M11 / M50 road networks. The area is very accessible to Dublin City Centre with frequent bus and rail services from nearby Greystones, which is a 6-minute drive from the site.
