Established since 1986 we at Herlihy Auctioneers deal in a wide variety of property services including : - Residential Sales Residential Letting & Management Commercial Property Search Valuations of residential & commercial for private & commercial clients Relocation Services RESIDENTIAL SALES: We carry out marketing of residential homes for sale by private treaty or auction. We carry out an advertising campaign and feature the property in as many publications as agreed. We will endeavour to get the best deal possible for our clients. RESIDENTIAL LETTING & MANAGEMENT: We would advise on all matters relating to residential lettings. When we have secured a tenant, we check personal and bank references and handle all negotiations with the prospective tenant. We will iron out any teething problems that may occur when the Tenant commences the lease. We manage various properties at present and this entails negotiating the terms of lease and preparing detailed inventories, organising repairs and maintenance of the properties, dealing with insurance claims, organising rent collections and arranging vacant possession. COMMERCIAL: We market commercial properties and carry out the sales of Freehold premises and leasehold and we act on behalf of clients in acquiring commercial premises. We also carry out rent reviews and commercial valuations. PROPERTY SEARCH: We find our client’s ideal accommodation to either purchase or rental use. We negotiate on behalf of our client with the vendor/vendor’s agent of the property to find the best price. VALUATIONS: We carry out valuations for various purposes on behalf of individuals and companies. AQUISITION SERVICE: We act on the instructions of corporate or individual clients who wish to relocate in residential rented accommodation. This involves liasing with the company and the individual in particular, carrying out a search of various properties, short listing suitable properties and negotiating the terms of the lease on behalf of the company.
