Charlie Robinson Estate Agents, Auctioneers & Valuers opened their first premises in Dunfanaghy in June 1997 and just recently have opened a second office at Port Road, Letterkenny. During our first three years of business we have been involved in the vending of numerous developments, private and public sales. These include selling out two major developments in the Port-na-blagh region: The "Port-na-blagh Hotel Development" which included thirty apartments and twenty two townhouses, and the "Coastal Homes Development" which included sixteen, three bedroom dormer bungalows. At present we have the agency for four other major developments, three of which are holiday home projects, and Ballymacool Wood, which is a development of 366 three bedroom semi-detached and five bedroom detached houses in Letterkenny.
