Janet Micks, BSc(Surv), MSCSI/MRICS

Janet began her estate agency career in 1999 in a company based in Terenure. In 2003, when the company expanded into the west Dublin area by opening a new office, Janet was promoted and became the new branch's manager. Having gained a vast expanse of knowledge in many areas, Janet has chosen to concentrate on the residential market. All aspects are covered including sales, lettings, valuations, new developments and land and property acquisitions. JMProperties specialises in all the above areas throughout Dublin City and county as well as in Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.

Janet is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) which is the leading professional body for construction, land and property professionals in Ireland. The SCSI was established as a result of a merger between The Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI) and The Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) in 2011. She is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveryors (RICS).

JMProperties is registered with The Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA). The PSRA was established on a statutory basis in April 2012. It is responsible for setting the standards in Ireland for the provision of property services which includes the licensing of all such service providers.
