Michael has 10 years' experience working with one of Irelands largest estate agency firms, Sherry Fitzgerald, and after 2 years working as a junior negotiator, he was promoted to branch manager for Midleton & Carrigaline franchises.

Michael is a very well known in Carrigaline and beyond, as a hardworking, enthusiastic auctioneer with a proven ability to achieve the best for his clients. He is committed to providing a professional and dedicated service that encompasses strong local knowledge, excellent attention to detail and good rapport.

Michael Piggott is a fully licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority and holds a BSc Hons degree in Property Management & Valuation. He is a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuer (IPAV) and is also a Recognised European Valuer, being a TEGoVA member.
