Location: The property is a one-minute walk to the 15 and 15b bus stops and is close to various amenities, including shops, barbers, gyms, restaurants, and more. €1000 per month deposit same. The house has a chilled homely vibe, friendly, also respect each others space etc. The house is clean, modern and well equipped. Facilities include a washer, drier, ironing board, etc. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, toaster, air fryer, kettle, TV, and more. There are 2 living rooms which are comfortable and they are both equipped with a smart TV with Netflix. There is a shed out the back for a bike you may have and parking available. I also have a lovely garden that is great to relax in. I keep the shared spaces clean and tidy so if you are a messy or untidy person then don't bother enquiring.
