Rent per month is €576 including parking and bins. 600 security deposit required. Electricity, gas (every alternate month) and internet (due monthly) are separate and divided equally. The house is located on Old Blackrock Road and is also close to bus routes and the Marina. We are both female professionals in our early thirties who work Monday to Fridays. We are looking for a housemate who will fit in well with us and is friendly, social and respectful of shared spaces - ideally somebody who would be up for joining in on the odd night out, dinners, cinema nights, cups of tea and chats!
