Sadly our lovely housemate is moving out to pastures new, so we are looking for a new housemate to share our lovely home. We are a girl and a guy in our mid-late 30s who are friendly, clean, and easygoing. The house is a wonderful home with a relaxed, chilled-out atmosphere and we are looking for a male/female non-smoker who feels they would fit in well with us. Downstairs, the house has a large hallway, a kitchen, a separate dining room, a small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a living room with open fireplace, and a large bathroom with stand-alone shower and separate bath. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, a second shower room and separate wc. The available room has a double bed with a new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and smaller bedside locker. There is a small back garden which we like to maintain so we can enjoy the sunshine when we have it, and a shed area to store bike, garden furniture, bbq etc in winter. There is plenty of on-street parking and resident and visitor permits can be obtained from Dublin City Council. We have been happily working from home over the past number of years with allocated days in the office through-out the week. Rent is €845 plus bills (gas, electricity, tv & wifi, bins) Deposit is €600. Move in date: May 1st 2024.
