There's a lot of buses that pass by there going to the city centre (20mins away) and beyond. Crumlin children's hospital is just a 10 min walk away as our various shopping centres including Supervalu, Aldi, centra and lidl. Dunnes 20 min walk away. Various pubs and restaurants/ takeaways only 2 min walk away. The property was only refurbished 2 years ago and is in excellent condition which I expect for it to be kept that way. Has all the appliances, WiFi etc as already being said. MALES need only reply. 1 month deposit plus first months rent to be paid in advance. 1 months notice to be given when leaving property.
