Hi everyone! there is one big room with ensuite bathroom in my apartment for long term rent. The unique building is located in Grand Canal near cafes, restaurants, Dart, Offices and basically anything you need. Fully furnished apartment, amazing panoramic view (with lots of beautiful sunrises and sunsets), high floor, large balcony and your bedroom with ensuite bathroom incl both: bathtub and shower. The carpet shown in the bedroom has been replaced with new laminate flooring (as seen in the last photo). The room is bigger than shown on the picture, has a big closet and even would fit a table. The building is maintained with a maintenance company that takes care of everything. You will be sharing the flat with me (32 yo male from Germany, easy going, interested in anything art related) and I would look forward to live with an open-minded, tidy person.
