You should expect a similar level of bills on average per month in 2026. Bills are higher in winter months (due to more electric/heating) and lower in summer. NOTE: 1) If you lived here for a continuous 12 months, the expected average monthly bills are around 130 per person per month (which includes the 43 contribution for cleaning) 2) ACTUAL monthly bills may vary from the ESTIMATES above due to your usage / cold weather / supplier price changes / vacant rooms / etc. * * * All figures are PER PERSON * * * _____________________________________________ CONTRACT LENGTH: - initially available on a short term fixed contract of approx 3.5 months (Feb / Mar / Apr / May) from now until 31 May 2026. - this room is available because the previous person left to return to France, so this room is only available at this price for the remainder of that contract to 31 May 2026. - the rent has been significantly reduced in order to find someone immediately - There may be a possibility to extend for longer after 31 May 2026, either in this room or transfer to another larger double bedroom, subject to mutual agreement and discussion 30 days prior to end of contract on 1 May 2026. _____________________________________________ DEPOSIT: - Deposit: 950 (650 + 300) (Deposit value is always set at a value of 'RENT plus 300 extra'). Deposit is higher, simply because the Landlord pays the monthly bills in advance but you pay them in arrears, and also due to the high cost of the quality items inside the room (new mattress and smart TV, etc), and the rent has been temporarily reduced to 650 for a fixed period only. The deposit is appropriate to cover the high cost of the contents in the event of damage. - Deposit must be paid when you agree to rent the room, and first period rent must be paid on the day you enter the property.
