Available Late December at the earliest. We are fully booked for the autumn semester, (4 months September to December inclusive). We have availability for the Spring Semester, January start. Prices range from 750 euro per person per month for the twin and 1200 per month for the small double. Enquires should include your preferred room type and exact start and finish dates as we may be able to accommodate you either onsite or offsite (in a suburb with 24 hour bus connection) if you need to start earlier than January 1st. The twin bedroom has a large double bed and single bed so it can also be configured as a large double room or twin depending on your need. The house has a fully equipped shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. There's a small garden, rare for the city center. Located in the heart of Dublin's inner core, 300 meters from O'Connell Street and 450 meters from the banks of the River Liffey you will not find a more central house in Dublin. Surrounded by the life of the city but quiet, without through traffic or late night revellers to keep you awake. Only a short walk to every type of shop, bar, restaurant, museum and all the historic buildings of the centre city. The perfect place to start your Dublin adventure at the centre of the public transport system with tram, train and every bus route on your doorstep it's easy to explore the wider city from here without the expense of a car. Located between Trinity College Dublin (750 meters), and Technological University Dublin (1400 meters). Students and interns are welcomed with the option to stay for 4 month blocks aligned with the university semesters.
