Bins and internet is included in the price. Electricity and gas is not included and is shared by 3 people every 2 months. The house is located 7 minutes away of walking from the city centre. There are three bus stations 4 minutes of walking servicing University of Limerick, Technology University of Shannon and Griffith College. There are two dogs living outside in the garden.
