A double bedroom will available from February onwards in a modern 4 bedroom semi-detached house in Maoilin in Knocknacarra, located just off the Western Distributor Road on the Upper Ballymoneen Road. All amenities are close to hand and Salthill Promenade is only a short spin from the front door. There is an ensuite in the room and the house has spacious living areas. There are three others living in the house, two male and one female, all in their thirties. The available room would suit someone similar. Bills will be shared between all four tenants.
