Ideally located close to Griffith College, ITT and only a short stroll to many Dublin Bus Routes linking you to the City Centre in less than 40 minutes. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price. You do not have to pay any security deposit. The rate for the room is €180 per week. Available from Sunday evening to Friday afternoons The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up until Christmas.
