Hello.....I am the owner occupier. I have a single and a double room to rent in my clean, warm, peaceful home to two women. These rooms are for single people. Only rent paying licensees are permitted in the property. This house is located in a quiet family-oriented housing estate. There is a bus to Shannon, Limerick and Galway just outside the estate. These rooms are available now. The rent for the single is €135 a week which includes bills. Double Room: €155 a week which includes bills.
