Its not a party type house. Its laid back, peaceful & quiet. All tenants are friendly but respect each other's space. Utilities paid on a bi-monthly basis (Average per month in 2025 - 60 Euro including Electricity, Gas, WIFI & Waste Disposal) These utilities will always be divided by a minimum of 4 people even if less living in the house at any given time. Rent to be paid in cash. 6 month trial contract providing 775 Euro deposit upon taking up residency. Once trial period completed open ended contract given with tenant only required to provide 1 months notice to terminate residency.
