O’Connor Estate Agents is an Associate Member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is bound by the Institute’s Rules of Conduct. In addition, the business comes under the remit of the National Property Services Regulatory Authority (NPSRA) and subscribes to the Authority’s code of Practice for Property Services Providers.
