BER Assessments (Building Energy Rating Certificates)
We have two fully qualified staff members with degree level education in building and construction at hand to offer a prompt and professional service. Because of our long history and successful track record our clients can rest assured that JB Kelly has ability stand over BER Certificates for the required 10 years (a problem that will face many small start ups over the coming years).

Valuations
We also offer written valuations for probate, banking and other legal purposes.
