In our area we know every road, townland, and a lot of the time, feel like we know every property, buyer and tenant. Martin Kelleher Property Services is a fulltime member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers. We also carry full public liability and office insurance and are in receipt of the Property Services Regulatory Authority Licence (Number 1102). Our valuations, sales and rental services are used by several banks, receivers, large employers and the National Asset Management Agency. With 20 years experience of the local property market Martin Kelleher has previously worked with Lisney, Cork & SWS Property Services, Clonakilty, West Corks largest property firm before its closure in 2010 after which Martin Kelleher Property Services was formed. Earlier this year Martin Kelleher qualified as one of Irelands first TEGoVA Recognised European Valuers.
