David Moggan graduated with a Diploma in Property Management (Auctioneering & Estate Agency) in 1998. Having gained over five years of experience in all aspect of property transactions, he founded DAVID MOGGAN PROPERTY CONSULTANTS in 2003 opening an office close to his home village of Barnaderg, Tuam, Co. Galway. Over the next 2 years David was noted for achieving record prices for Property around the Tuam, Barnaderg, Dunmore, Milltown, Abbeyknockmoy and Corofin areas.
In December 2005, his business in Barnaderg had a large market share and they had little choice but to expand. Many would class Claregalway as a major link between Galway city and Tuam town and its hinterland areas. This was one of the main reasons David decided to expand their business by opening their main office in Cois Chláir, Claregalway.
With ample free parking this spacious, walk-around property showroom with private meeting rooms - it was the first Auctioneers / Property Consultants office to open in this popular suburb of Galway City.
They deal with all property related matters: Sales, Auctions, Lettings and Valuations - but as David comes from a strong farming background he has an extra special emphasis on Land sales. His success in the dispersal of Residential Properties and Farm Lands is reflected throughout the company. He deals as much as possible with all clients himself - this however would not be achievable without the help of an excellent support team.

Most valuation can be conducted within 48 hours if required. Being on the Panel of Valuers for most of the lending institutions – they are Chartered Surveyors and have adequate indemnity insurance.
