Douglas Newman Good (DNG) was established in 1982 and has since gone on to become one of Ireland's leading names in the property industry. Our experienced and professional staff provide full sales support from initial valuing and marketing right through to contract exchange and completion. We are agents for a number of new developments ranging from suburban mixed use schemes to seaside holiday resorts. Our services include offering quality consultancy advice to developers from the planning, layout and design stage through to pricing and launching. Residential Lettings & Property Management

Commercial Agency
We are involved with the sales, lettings and acquisition of all types of commercial property including office, retail, industrial, hotel / licensed premises, leisure and development land. We keep abreast of current and emerging market conditions and can offer our client’s expert advice. We pride ourselves on being results driven but most importantly client focused.

Valuations
We are fully qualified chartered valuation surveyors who specialise in the provision of commercial and residential valuations for a wide range of purposes including:- finance, taxation, probate, company accounts, legal disputes and negotiation. We provide comprehensive reports and advice on not just the value but the security offered by the property and all those factors which will influence value such as the location and nature of the building; tenure and ownership structures; terms of occupational leases; prevailing economic conditions; and the local property market.

Consultancy / Advice
We provide advice relating to a variety of landlord & tenant commercial matters ranging from the initial lease drafting through to negotiating rent reviews and identifying opportunities for maximising or minimising rent.
We also offer clients advice on minimising business rates through appeals against the Rateable Valuation and negotiation with the Valuation Office. This can often lead to significant saving for business occupiers.

Personnel
Mark Cusack BSc MSCSI MRICS, graduated from the Limerick Institute of Technology in 1993 with a Diploma in Valuation Surveying and Estate Management. He completed his studies in Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Estate Management. His qualifications include full membership of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Since graduating, Mark has worked in the Munster region in the commercial agency and professional services field where he has developed an established reputation.


Gillian Dunne Assoc. SCSI, has been working in the property business for 18 years and started out in a local Limerick firm. She has a NCEA Marketing Diploma and is a full member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute Gillian worked in the Dublin residential market for a number of years. There she gained a wealth of experience and understanding of the property market. Gillian has been back in Limerick for 12 years now specialising in residential sales, lettings, property management and valuations.
