prides himself in having an in-depth knowledge of the property market, particularly in the general Tullamore area and the practice deals with Residential, Commercial and Land Sales, Residential and Commercial Lettings, Rent Reviews, Probate Valuations, etc. We are also Nominated Valuers for some of the biggest Financial Institutions/Mortgage Lenders in the country.

With a background initially in Industrial and Commercial Finance and Banking, Sean Joyce has been practicing as a professional Auctioneer since 1989 and was formally a partner in Joyce Mollin & Co M.I.P.A.V. Our office is located at High Street, Tullamore in a high profile and very visible location with a significant pedestrian footfall as a result with ample off-street parking available in both O'Connor sq and Spollen's carpark, both of which are c.100m from our office.

Sean Joyce is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and is also a member of the Confederation of European Estate Agents. A characteristic of membership of I.P.A.V is the on going professional developmental courses which are offered to members by the Institute – constantly updating and keeping members ‘up to speed’ with property related matters. This member actively participates in these professional development courses.
