Thee are also a park and green areas very close, to go for a stroll, a jog, etc.. - Clondalkin village is approximately 15 minutes away with the Dublin bus, there you will find a broader range of amenities like restaurants, pubs, barbers, etc... - the house has been recently fully renovated. - price includes all bills. - one month deposit required. - references desirable - please apply only if you are looking for an accommodation for 6 months or longer. - ID required (to show that you are legally entitled to study/work/reside in Ireland) X1 double bedroom en suite with private bathroom and cassette stove EUR 1400 a month (the purple one in the pictures) Looking for decent, friendly, responsible people, there will be a few rules but nothing otherworldly.
