Double room to rent in quiet road in Clondalkin. Owner occupied with shared bathroom and recently renovated kitchen. New bed and mattress. I work from home so ideally my new housemate would not. There is on street parking (and driveway parking if you don't have a massive car). We're really handy for the M50 and Clondalkin village with Dunnes, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi a 20 min walk or 7 mins or less in the car, and a newsagent, chemist and takeaway at the bottom of the road (3 mins walk away). 10 minutes walk to the 13 or 69 buses, 10 min drive to the Red Cow Luas P&R and about a 20 minute walk or 5 min drive into Clondalkin village. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, TV and back garden for when the weather's nice. The house comes with two cats so please like cats! No smokers please. Tell me a little about yourself if you're interested in the room - i am fairly relaxed (I hit 35 and suddenly started falling asleep at 9.30) but I like cooking, a glass of wine and watching bad TV (Hayu/Netflix/DisneyPlus available on tv) and would def be up for a stroll into the village for a drink or a coffee on weekends. Internet and bins are included - heating/electricity/other bills split. Room is available from Feb 2026.
