One of our senior members of staff, Joan Copeland, has over 20 years’ experience operating in the Gorey market and her daughter Sandy has built up a wealth of experience since gaining her degree in Property Economics in 2005. Property Partners O Brien Swaine was established in 2008 by Paul O’Brien & David Swaine who previously held senior positions with one of Irelands biggest Auctioneering companies for 10 years. We have 4 offices across Dublin and Wexford with a large sales team. We also have a full property management team who look after a large property portfolio spanning 4 counties. We are part of The Property Partners Real Estate Group which is an independently owned auctioneering group with more than 25 offices nationwide.
