Gillian Hayes Property Letting was established by Gillian Hayes in 2003 with Gillian having worked in the property letting and management industry for seven years prior to this. We are very proud to be the longest established and largest property letting and management businesses in Wexford. We offer a range of other property services from an initial letting right through to fully managing properties. Our vision was to build a property letting and management agency that delivered a full range of property services to meet all the needs of the Wexford property letting sector with a very simple ethos of offering excellent customer service. We have been able to grow from strength to strength through the many continuous kind referrals and recommendations.

Our aim is to ensure that your property gets the highest rent along with excellent tenants. Due to our excellent reputation we have established excellent contacts with many industries and relocation companies . Many of our tenants constantly renew their agreements for many years and if they decide to change address they will choose to deal exclusively with us to find their new home.

Along with providing a personal and friendly service we also strongly believe in proficiency and as such Gillian is a proud Member of the IPAV, Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and we are also fully Licensed members of the PSRA, Property Services Regulatory Authority. We are fully insured.
