Quality craftsmanship has been a feature of the restoration. The current layout comprises some 15 bedroom suites between the ground, first and second floors and a wing overlooking the courtyard. The bedroom accommodation layout has been well thought-out with a number of interconnecting doors allowing suites to be combined or used independently. The newly constructed lower ground floor or basement level comprises some 16,910 square feet or 1,571 square metres and opens at ground level to southwest facing gardens. Planned to be a large function space this area is only finished to a core-construction phase and can be easily re-interpreted, possible alternatively uses including the creation of a leisure or games complex or specialist car garaging within this space, subject to any necessary permissions. Overall there is much merit to the quality of the restoration and extension works undertaken and they present a superb platform for Eden Vale\'s next owner and incarnation. Unkempt now the gardens retain their original form and could be reinstated or reinvented. There is a small amount of grazing afforded on the lands and a small farmstead with a stabling barn. The lake offers pike fishing. The courtyard dates to circa 1850 and includes some original stables.
